Sanibel Rental Rates
This is a 4-story, 64-unit complex with 16 units per building. Ramps and elevators make it handicapped accessible. Smoking is allowed outside. Generally, our rental week is Saturday-Saturday, Check-in, 2 PM, Check-out, 10 am.
We're priced in the middle of the mid-priced condominiums.
